Great clean affordable place.. Management is awesome. Lori is great and actually cares for her tennants. Highly reccomend staying here. Dont waste money on motel 6
Odd. Audio Joe was there 3 months couldn't pay his rent on time. Drove room 16 to work everyday after work him and his girlfriend Debroah was picking up doing drugs themselves. He left on account of the sheriff's kicking him out. Boy isn't that calling the kettle black. Half the time he didn't even work. She worked at the IHOP in Palm Bay and never could pay her rent on time. I was always getting drugs for people herself as well as doing them herself. There's always three sides to a story your side the other side and the truth and I live there this was the truth. It's amazing how people put things on and make it look like they're the victim and somebody else did them wrong.
Did not stay there as a guest. Was called there for a job. The management was very nice, but the place overall seemed like it was full of people who were permanent residents. It's not a place i would bring my family. I hate to throw out the word trashy, but thats the vibe I got. I'm not judging because I'm far from proper, just trying to give an honest review. That being said, it does have a nice view of the Indian River and appeared to have a nice dock.
Run and run as fast as you can! This was quite possibly one of the worst hotels ever!!! Roaches in the shower and gaping wholes around the air conditioner that was usless.. I was gone by sun up and had to finish my stay outside because it was cooler than my room! Best of luck to anyone that dares to try this one! It makes the motel 6 look like Hyatt! !!
Inespensive weekly rate and the manager is super nice. The flooring could stand to be upgraded... But when my son and i had nowhere to go, we lived here for 2 months or so and Lori, the manager, was great.
